Overwhelmed with home repairs? You've come to the right place.
Below is RTB's process from applicaiton to approval. Review the steps and fill out the application (digitally or by hand) to get the process started.
Step 1: Applicant fills out the Homeowner Application (Completely)
Step 2: RTB Internal Review (Application information, income status, home location, Status) Step 3: If the applicant qualifies, an RTB team member will reach out to the applicant to schedule a home visit/ assessment
Step 4: On the date of the home assessment an RTB team member will meet with the homeowner, tour the home, and complete the 25 safe at home point checklist. Step 5: After the home assessment, RTB will input data from the home and the applicant will enter the RTB waiting list.
