Overwhelmed with home repairs? You've come to the right place.

Below is RTB's process from applicaiton to approval. Review the steps and fill out the application (digitally or by hand) to get the process started.

Step 1: Applicant fills out the below Homeowner Application (Completely) 

Step 2: Secure the following application supporting documents. 

  • Copy of latest federal tax return  

  • Homeowner's deed 

  • Copy of recent monthly bank statement 

  • Copy of recent monthly utility or home insurance bill 

  • Copy of Veteran status documentation (if applicable) 

Step 3: RTB Internal Review (Application information, income status, home location, status) 
 
Step 4: If the applicant qualifies, an RTB team member will reach out to the applicant to schedule a home visit/assessment. 
 
Step 5: On the date of the home assessment an RTB team member will meet with the homeowner, tour the home, and complete the 25 safe at home point checklist. 
 
Step 6: After the home assessment, RTB will input data from the home and the applicant will enter the RTB waiting list 

Final Step: If the applicant is selected for Senior Safe at home, Service day, or National Rebuilding Day, RTB will contact Applicant to ask for documents, deliver work scope, and sign agreement.
