Rebuild/Special Service Days: Offers corporations, and affinity groups the opportunity to sponsor homeowners in need and nonprofits. Through the use of volunteers and contractors we provide a variety of essential, health and safety home repairs, including flooring, accessibility modifications, weatherization improvements, handrails, painting, landscaping, and other major home repairs to Veterans, older adults, families, and those with disabilities. The Rebuild days include National Rebuilding Month activities.

Safe at Home: Focuses on evaluating and installing critical home and safety updates to the homes of older adults to support aging-in-place using a 25-point Safe and Healthy Home Priority Checklist. The typical repairs include smoke/CO2 detectors, grab bars, and other home modifications. RTB provides Safe at Home kits to homeowner applicants and members of the community that include items like fire extinguishers, CO2 detectors, and double-sided tape. We also educate homeowners, providing them with information on how minor behavioral changes can improve energy efficiency.

Workforce Development and Housing Stability: Focuses on workforce development through a pre-apprentice training program for individuals impacted by unemployment, homelessness, justice involvement, and substance use, while repairing homes for low-income homeowners.
